The Poseidon Coaching staff would like to thank all of those that braved the icy roads Sunday to attend the NOVA BB+ meet this past weekend. Although we were only able to swim one day of the meet because of the weather, Poseidon showed up ready to swim fast. This is a great sign as we head into our championship meets, with B/C champs two weeks away and A/BB’s only three weeks away. With those meets being as close as they are, we as a coaching staff have decided not to attend the Friday and Saturday make-up session of the NOVA BB+ meet. We feel that it will be beneficial to both the athlete and the team to go into our championship meets fresh and hungry to swim fast. The next two meets are going to be a great opportunity for our swimmers to step up and swim at a high level in a championship environment. BLUE WHITE GO FIGHT LET’S GO POSEIDON! IT’S TIME TO LIGHT IT UP!

Check the ACAC website @ acac.com (Richmond) or call at 378-1600 for facility closings. If ACAC is open Poseidon will hold practice. Check under "Practice Changes" for any adjustment in practice times due to delayed openings. As always, safety is our primary concern.
