Our training to this point has
been as expected, outstanding. Each year we begin the season with high hopes and
goals in the front of our minds as school demands, social expectations and
training efforts are in balance. Every year about the end of September our athletes's schedules become more difficult as academic and training pressure begins to increase. Procrastination is the culprit in falling off the charted pathway to success. Each of you must stay ahead of the rest of your class when considering assignments, projects and test preparation. Remember to plan your week so that you are successful with your academic requirements and training session demands. Hard work is essential and only you really know if you are giving it everything that you have. People who always try to cut corners will never come close to realizing their full potential. Tiger Woods, Michael Phelps and anyone else that has achieved personal success and competitive greatness all share a fundamental trait. They work very hard and they loved the hard work. Keep up the outstanding efforts and manage your schedules to be successful in all of your endeavors, focusing on your personal goals. See your at practice.
