WHO WHAT WHEN WHERE 

WHO: Everyone! Each athlete should attend every meet where time standards are obtained. For example: Say an athlete has BC times, attends District Champs and makes a BB time qualifying for Region Champs. The coaches will check to see if the family wants to go, enter the athlete and off to Lynchburg we go.   

WHAT: District Champs is for athletes that have BC time, Regional Champs are for A/BB athletes while A+ athletes attend Age Group or Senior Champs. Region, Age Group and Senior Champs are team scored events so we need to have all of our athletes to support the team. District Champs is a regular timed finals event. Region, Senior and Age Group Champs are trials and finals where the top 16 athletes from the morning trials session return in the evening for the finals session.  

WHEN: District Champs February 19^th - 21^st  
            Regional Champs February 26^th - 28^th

            Senior Champs March 4^th - 8^th  
            Age Group Champs 18^th - 21^st

WHERE: Nova will host District Champs, Lynchburg Y Region Champs, Senior Champs will be at UVA and Age Group Champs will be held at Freedom Center in Manassas

It is the wish of your coaching staff that each athlete/family, plans to attend the next higher meet. Travel plans should be considered, teachers notified to maintain academic excellence and if course excitement fostered in anticipating a successful journey.
